Smoothing

Consultation: Your hair stylist will discuss with you the desired level of relaxation of smoothing for your hair type and texture.

Preparation: We prepare your hair for the keratin smoothing treatment service using the Kerasilk control purifying shampoo. We select a formula best suited for your smoothing result and then we blowdry your hair to 80% dry before we begin the application.

Application & Processing: The formula is applied meticulously by your hair stylist to guarantee the best results. Processing is 15mins. The transformation starts to take place by blowdrying the treatment into the hair followed by straightening each section 4-6 times. This infuses the Kerasilk Keratin smoothing treatment deep into the hair structure to reform the hair.

Post Care & Styling: The Keratin smoothing treatment will then be shampooed out of the hair at our Hair lounge area using the Kerasilk control range. To seal in the keratin smoothing treatment, we apply the kerasilk control finishing serum to achieve the best results. Your stylist will create a beautiful blowdry finish using the kerasilk control smoothing fluid and kerasilk control Rich protective oil.

Maintenance: To prolong the Keratin smoothing treatment we recommend the Kerasilk home care products. This will make your daily hair styling routine easy and manageable whilst leaving your hair feeling shiny, smooth and frizz free.
